Our prices vary depending on the number of habitable rooms in a property, excluding the lounge or dining area. Habitable rooms include bedrooms, studies etc. but not kitchens, bathrooms, or utility rooms. A standard-sized domestic property would cost £50 - discounts are available for bulk bookings.
